This species-specific course focusing on Garden birds is aimed at those who have already completed our Wildlife Rehabilitation and Release Courses and/or have some good foundation knowledge of the rehabilitation of garden birds.

The course will be led by Katie Gibbs and Dan Bryant (SWWR Wildlife Care Supervisors), both of whom have many years of experience in dealing with garden birds. SWWR Scientific Advisor Dr Liz Mullineaux will contribute information on diseases and other clinical conditions.
The courses will be run virtually (online using Zoom) as a half day (4hr) event. Delegates may attend ‘live’ or will be able to ‘catch up’ using a time limited link over the week following the live event.
Those attending will receive an electronic certificate, as well as a selection of relevant open access scientific papers and other supporting electronic information.
